In general our succesful associates bring:
- 3+ years of professional work experience with an emphasis on sales and business development.
- Real estate and/or investment industry experience.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts and project underwriting.
- Entrepreneurial and prefer to perform tasks with little oversight.
- Diligent and detailed.
- Bachelor's Degree (required) and preferably an MBA with a related analytical, financial or real estate emphasis.
